RISC Internship

RISC Interns

The Research for Intelligence & Security Challenges (RISC) initiative helps address the need for cleared government employees in science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) fields. This competitive summer internship runs over 10 weeks and allows undergraduate and graduate students from various disciplines to work on real national security challenges.

This is a paid, virtual program that ends with a capstone event held in College Park, where interns brief their projects and interact in person with their teams, sponsors and mentors.
