My name is Amir Ghaemi and I am currently a senior at the University of Maryland studying Computer Engineering. I interned for ARLIS during the Summer of 2020, and it was truly an exceptional experience to work alongside my teammates and mentors. In the Summer of 2019, I worked with a professor at Harford Community College to write an introductory book on MATLAB which is currently used to teach an all-new MATLAB course. I have always enjoyed doing research, which is precisely why I would like to continue my education in graduate school.
