Saif M. Khan is a Visiting Professor of the Practice at ARLIS and has also been serving as a Director for Technology and National Security at the White House National Security Council. He was previously a Research Fellow at Georgetown University’s Center for Security and Emerging Technology (CSET), where he focused on policy relating to semiconductors and artificial intelligence. Saif was also an intellectual property and technology lawyer at several technology companies, including at Hewlett-Packard. Saif’s experience in emerging technology policy supply chains, export controls, trade, R&D, manufacturing, intellectual property, national security, and technology diplomacy. Saif has a J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a B.S. and an M.A. in physics from Wayne State University.
