Beza Yoseph is a project manager at ARLIS. She is tasked with supporting the research and business service activities in the management of research projects and working with researchers to manage resources, keep track of progress, and ensure parties are following university and federal regulations.
Prior to joining ARLIS, Yoseph worked as a consultant in the public sector where she coordinated the implementation of the South Carolina Emergency Rental Assistance Program (SC ERAP) - a $30 million contract to support the distribution of emergency COVID-19 funding across the state. Yoseph and her team tailored a lasting framework between state and local governments, over 100 utility service providers, and SC ERAP staff of approximately 150 to solve logistical problems. She also has experience with client management, stakeholder engagement, and data analysis through previous roles held at financial institutions.
She earned her BS in Labor and Employment Relations from Pennsylvania State University.
