David Isacoff
David Isacoff retired from the National Security Agency with over 30 years of technical and executive-level experience. In his last position, he served as the Technical Director for Operations for the Signals Intelligence Directorate. After 9/11, Mr. Isacoff founded the SIGINT forensics effort and led a joint counterterrorist working group, both of which received National Intelligence Meritorious citations and shaped the US Government’s strategy for countering the adversary’s use of the Internet. He has also served as the SIGINT Directorate Technical Director for Counterterrorism, Technical Director for Data Acquisition, and as the Technical Director and Director of Operations for Tailored Access Operations (TAO). Mr. Isacoff has received both a Distinguished and Meritorious Senior Level Presidential Rank Award which are the Nation's highest and second-highest awards given to U.S. Government Senior Executives.
