A distinguished and seasoned professional, Kelly Ann Giraud, a retired Army Engineer officer, is celebrated for her exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of delivering outstanding results through highly skilled teams. With over 20 years of active-duty service, Kelly's expertise extends across various critical domains, highlighting her versatility and proficiency in Robotics Autonomous Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Intelligence Operations, Information Advantage, Cyber Operations, Electronic Warfare, Data Science, Software Development, Information Security and Policy, and DoD Acquisitions.
While serving as the Chief of Maintenance at the Washington Aqueduct, Kelly authored the information paper titled "Improving Workforce Productivity through Formal Maintenance Planning and Scheduling," which was published by the Water Environment Federation in October 2015. In recognition of her significant contributions to Army Robotics and Artificial Intelligence, Kelly was honored in 2019 as the Women of Color (WOC) in STEM Career Achievement awardee.
