Victoria Chang manages the Mixed Reality Prototyping Lab at ARLIS and has specialized in creating Virtual Reality experiences. She has experience in web development and UI/UX. She received her M.S. in Human-Computer Interaction from the University of Maryland, with a focus on privacy and security in commercial drone usage. She is now in her doctoral program at the University of Maryland, also in Human-Computer Interaction.
