How to work with us
To leverage the Department of Defense’s UARC authority, agencies can directly access ARLIS through a sole-source contract established by the Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate between the University of Maryland and OUSD (I&S). This indefinite delivery-indefinite quantity contract allows for decentralized ordering for entities throughout the DoD, the Intelligence Community and other interested federal agencies. OUSD (I&S) advises on plans for and oversees intelligence, counterintelligence, security, sensitive activities, and other intelligence-related matters.
